My SISE
Conference was held with Superintendent-Elect, Dr. Timothy Chargois. He reviewed each domain with me, and asked
questions to ensure that I was familiar with each competency. He stated that I needed to study the
competencies and make them my own. He
shared that I needed to make sure that I had experience within each
competency. He is a very educated and
well-rounded individual. He encouraged
me to become exemplary in the areas where I was ranked as proficient.
